Call for Posters

The 17th Asia Pacific Bioinformatics Conference will be held in Wuhan, China. The aim of this conference is to bring together researchers, academics, and industrial practitioners to interact. APBC2019 invites high quality posters on any topic related to bioinformatics and computational biology.

Poster submissions are solicited on, but not limited to, the following topics:

• Sequencing and genotyping technology and applications
• Gene regulation, transcriptomics and epigenomics
• Comparative and evolutionary genomics
• Epigenetics and population genetics
• RNA and protein analyses
• Network biology and systems biology
• Bioimaging
• Complex disease and cancer genetics
• Cloud, distributed and high performance computing

Authors are invited to submit a one-page abstract in the pdf format on the APBC2019 submission system https://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=apbc2019 before 25 Oct. 2018. The acceptance notification will be sent to the authors on 28 Oct. 2018.
